He said, society has certain rules for satisfying hunger or biological needs in a healthy way. But those who, abandoning that discipline and patience, become intoxicated by compulsion or criminal means, are essentially deranged.
He urged people to come under the shadow of education, knowledge-science and literature-culture to get rid of negative hormonal pressure and mental instability.
