In the case of the death of teacher-students in the crash of the Air Force fighter plane at Milestone School and College in Diabari, Uttara, the former chief advisor Dr. Muhammad Yunus and former legal adviser. A case has been filed against 16 people including Asif Nazrul.
Usaimong Marma, the father of the deceased student Ukya Chaing Marma, made this application in the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Ariful Islam on Thursday (May 7) morning. The court is waiting to record the statement of the plaintiff and pass the order later.
The plaintiff’s lawyer AKM Sharif Uddin confirmed the application of the case. Former adviser to the interim government in the case.
