The High Court has granted bail to former Culture Minister Asaduzzaman Noor in two murder cases of Mirpur and Ramna police stations of the capital.
The High Court bench of Justice KM Zahid Sarwar and Justice Sheikh Abu Taher passed the order on Sunday (May 10).
Lawyer ZI Khan Panna appeared for Noor in the court. Deputy Attorney General Shayla Sharmin opposed bail on behalf of the state, Assistant Attorney General Md. Alamin.
On the night of September 15, 2024, the police arrested Asaduzzaman Noor from Bailey Road in the capital.
