Prime Minister Tarek Rahman said, ‘Be careful, a section of the country is spreading confusion in the name of politics. If someone wants to create confusion in the name of politics, if someone wants to create anarchy in the name of politics, will you sit? None of us will sit still. I will resist with strong hands.’
He made this call at the family card distribution ceremony at Chandpur Government College grounds on Saturday (May 16) afternoon.
The Prime Minister said, ‘BNP’s politics means digging canals, increasing agricultural production, building new mills, providing employment to people, providing health, ensuring people’s safety.’
In addition to Chandpur, Prime Minister Tarek Rahman inaugurated this program of distribution of family cards through video conference in 20 other districts.
The Prime Minister said, ‘Every program that BNP has taken is for the sake of improving the fortunes of the working people of this country. And for this purpose, we removed dictatorship from this country through movement. The people of the country have now handed over power to the elected government. Now is the turn to change the fate of our people.’
He said, ‘Now is the time to work, now is the time to build the country. So let’s get down to the task of building the country. In this public meeting, we pledge that no one should stand in the way of building our country. Everyone should be alert for this.’
